A maintenance window to apply security patches to our cloud infrastructure in the Ontario region will take place on: March 25, 2026 from 18:00 EDT to 23:00 EDT.

Impact: Customer virtual machines should not experience downtime.

This update will improve performance, stability, and security throughout our environment.

Scheduled - Dear customer,

A network maintenance has been anounced by our provider for the tn1 site on :


24th of March 2026 from 00:00 EST to 06:00 EST.

Impact: Loss of redundancy & Traffic reconvergence.


5c Cloud's network provider will be executing repairs on a damaged fiber. This repair will consist of a hard cut and resplicing of each cut fiber one by one. Based on the order in which the fibers are repaired the cut is expected to last between 1 to 5 hours. During that time, traffic will transition to our other carrier.

Une maintenance réseau a été annoncée par notre fournisseur pour le site tn1 et sera exécutée à la date suivante :


24 mars 2026 de 00h00 EST à 06h00 EST.

Impact : Perte de redondance et reconvergence


Un fournisseur de réseau de 5cCloud pour le site tn1 va procéder à une réparation de fibre endomagée. Pour se faire, une coupure de la fibre sera exécutée et elle sera ensuite reconnectée. Selon l'ordre dans lequel les fibres seront roconnectées, le service sera coupé pendant 1 à 5 heures. Pendant ce temps, le traffic sera redirigé vers notre autre fournisseur réseau pour ce site.
